Our story
Heartwood started the way most good tree firms do: one arborist, one chainsaw, and a reputation built garden by garden around Wareham. The work was done properly, people talked, and the phone kept ringing.
Years on, that reputation has grown into a full arboricultural and land management company: NPTC-certified climbing teams, a machinery fleet that lets us take on complex dismantles, whole-site clearances and multi-year habitat contracts, and the systems (RAMS, insurances, documented inspections) that commercial clients rightly demand.
Today we deliver everything from a single garden reduction to SANG creation, heathland restoration on protected Purbeck sites, and term maintenance contracts for developers, councils, schools and holiday parks across Dorset and the South West. The thing that hasn't changed is the standard: every job finished properly, every site left tidy, every promise kept.
